fantastic stay, top marks!
cute staff ideal location awesome breakfast
The staff were cute and helpful. i found the location ideal. It's super close to winter gardens. Everything was so accessible. the breakfast was great (especially the sausage!).
the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking.

My room featured a comfortable bed ensuring restful sleep, and it was quiet. The room also included a tv with plenty of channels to watch in the evening. it was a great space to relax after a busy day.

i noticed the hotel offered a bar area with reasonable prices, a really nice touch for winding down. there was entertainment available on multiple nights. the hotel provides easy access to the winter gardens.

The hotel staff were genuinely friendly and always wore a smile. they were very helpful with directions and local tips. They also responded to requests quickly. their great service added so much!

EXCELLENT Stay!
clean room friendly staff
The room was BIG and clean, it had very comfortable beds. The person at reception was SO friendly! I had a good night followed by a healthy breakfast.
The room did not look as expected. The pictures were misleading. I would have been happy if the price was cheaper to match the value of the room. I overpaid.

The hotel has GOOD proximity to the centre, it had easy walking distance to most attractions. This positioning provides convenient access to various points of interest and local services.

Breakfast in the morning was served fresh, hot, and plentiful for the price. Getting your own tea and coffee was a GREAT asset! This self-service option provided flexibility.
